RETURN POLICY   

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Items eligible for return must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized products (such as engraved or printed wedding items) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
  • To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order details and reason for return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
  • The original tag must be attached to the product. If the tag is removed or damaged, the return will not be accepted.
REFUND POLICY
  • In case of any refunds approved by company, it will take 7 days for the refund to be credited & to your original payment method
